1. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising:
- passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct contained in a bore defined by a fastener through the soft tissue by advancing the adjustable loop from within the bore of the fastener;
passing the fastener back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself;
attaching the fastener to the bone; and
pulling an adjusting arm of the flexible construct to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone after attaching the fastener to the bone;
wherein the adjustable loop forms a closed loop extending from the adjusting arm, the closed loop being maintained outside of the fastener after being advanced from the fastener bore while the adjusting arm extends through the fastener bore when the adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue and the soft tissue is secured to the bone.

Abstract
Methods of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site are provided. An adjustable loop region of a flexible construct contained in a bore defined by a fastener is passed through a tissue. The adjustable loop is passed through the tissue. The fastener is passed back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself. The fastener is attached to the bone. An adjusting arm on the flexible construct is engaged to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone.

10. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising:
-
passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct from a longitudinal bore defined by a fastener through the soft tissue by advancing the adjustable loop from within the longitudinal bore of the fastener and through a transverse flexible construct-receiving bore proximal to a distal end of the fastener; passing the fastener back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself; attaching the fastener to the bone; and pulling an adjusting arm of the flexible construct to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone; wherein the adjustable loop forms a closed loop extending from the adjusting arm, the closed loop being maintained outside of the fastener after being advanced through the transverse flexible construct-receiving bore while the adjusting arm extends through the longitudinal bore when the adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue and the soft tissue is secured to the bone. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13, 14, 15)

16. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising:
-
passing an adjustable loop of a flexible construct from a bore defined by a fastener through the soft tissue; mounting the adjustable loop to an adjustable loop mount on a proximal region of a driver; passing an adjusting arm of the flexible construct through an internal bore disposed in the driver and retaining the adjusting arm in an adjusting arm receptacle positioned at the proximal region of the driver, the internal bore extending longitudinally through the driver from a distal end configured to engage the fastener to the proximal region so as to communicate with the adjusting arm receptacle; passing the fastener back through the adjustable loop to fold the adjustable loop upon itself; attaching the fastener to the bone; and pulling the adjusting arm of the flexible construct to reduce the size of the adjustable loop and secure the soft tissue to the bone; wherein the adjustable loop forms a closed loop extending from the adjusting arm, the closed loop being maintained outside of the fastener after being passed from the fastener bore while the adjusting arm extends into the fastener and through the fastener bore when the adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue, folded upon itself and the soft tissue is secured to the bone. - View Dependent Claims (17, 18, 19, 20)

21. A method of attaching a soft tissue to an adjacent bone at a defect site comprising:
-
passing a first adjustable loop of a first flexible construct contained in a bore defined by a first fastener through the soft tissue by advancing the first adjustable loop from within the first fastener bore; attaching the first fastener to the bone; passing a second fastener having a second adjustable loop of a second flexible construct through a bore defined by the second fastener through the adjustable loop on the first fastener by advancing the second adjustable loop from within the second fastener bore; and passing the second fastener back through the first adjustable loop to interlace the first adjustable loop and the second adjustable loop; wherein the first adjustable loop forms a first closed loop extending from a first adjusting arm on the first flexible construct, the first closed loop being maintained outside of the first fastener after being advanced from the first fastener bore while the first adjusting arm extends through the first fastener bore when the first adjustable loop is passed through the soft tissue and the soft tissue is secured to the bone; and wherein the second adjustable loop forms a second closed loop extending from a second adjusting arm on the second flexible construct, the second closed loop being maintained outside of the second fastener after being advanced from the second fastener bore while the second adjusting arm extends through the second fastener bore when the second adjustable loop is passed through the first adjustable loop of first flexible construct and the first and second adjustable loops are interlaced. - View Dependent Claims (22, 23, 24, 25, 26)
