1. A sealing and strain relief device for data cables, comprising:

  • at least one central sealing element made from a relatively soft or elastic material;

    two plate-like bearing elements made from a relatively hard or rigid material, wherein the at least one central sealing element is assembled in a sandwich-like arrangement between the two plate-like bearing elements;

    a plurality of slots in the two bearing elements and the at least one central sealing element, wherein the slots are respectively next to one another and respectively one behind the other within respective ones of the two bearing elements and within the at least one central sealing element in relation to the sandwich-like arrangement; and

    a plurality of strain relief elements associated with at least one of the two bearing elements,wherein the sandwich-like arrangement of the at least one central sealing element and the two bearing elements with the strain relief elements is configured to seal and strain relief data cables guided in the slots perpendicular to the at least one central sealing element and the two plate-like bearing elements.
