System and method for automated product version rollback
First Claim
1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- providing, over a network, a version of a product to a plurality of end users of the product;
providing, over a network, a user interface that allows the end users of a provided version of a product to indicate a degree of positive or negative sentiment about one or more features of the provided version of the product;
receiving, over a network, electronic feedback reports from one or more of the plurality of end users, the electronic feedback reports including a degree of positive or negative sentiment about one or more features of a provided version of a product;
aggregating the degree of positive or negative sentiment in the feedback reports based on the product version;
determining whether the aggregated degree of positive or negative sentiment relating to a first version of the product has reached a predetermined threshold; and
in response to determining that the aggregated degree of positive or negative sentiment has reached the predetermined threshold, automatically changing the version of the product to be provided from the first version to a second version of the product, andproviding the second version of the product to a plurality of end users.

Abstract
A method, computer program product, and computer system for a sentiment action process. Electronic feedback reports about a version of a product are received over a network from one or more users of a plurality of users. Sentiment of at least a portion of the electronic feedback reports about the version of the product is analyzed. The sentiment of at least the portion of the electronic feedback reports about the version of the product is determined to have reached a threshold. In response to determining that the sentiment of at least the portion of the electronic feedback reports about the version of the product has reached the threshold, the version of the product is automatically changed to a second version of the product.
