- a plurality of hotkeys on the remote control, wherein each single hotkey of the plurality of hotkeys includes a hotkey identifier visible on the remote control and configured to uniquely identify each single hotkey of the plurality of hotkeys, wherein each single hotkey includes a context-sensitive television control function that depends on a presentation of the hotkey identifier within at least one of a currently selected silo and panel displayed by the television, wherein a first single hotkey of the plurality of hotkeys having a first hotkey identifier includes a first context-sensitive television control function in a first silo and/or panel displayed by the television while the first hotkey identifier of the first single hotkey includes a different second context-sensitive television control function in a second silo and/or panel displayed by the television.
