1. A lighting system, comprising:

  • at least one AC-to-DC modularized power supply, wherein the at least one AC-to-DC modularized power supply comprises a plurality of AC-to-DC power modules, and each of the plurality of AC-to--DC power modules is used to convert an AC voltage to a DC voltage source with a DC voltage; and

    at least one luminaire, wherein the at least one luminaire comprises;

    a lamp control module, comprising;

    at least one light source; and

    a light control module electrically connected to the at least one light source for providing DC current to drive the at least one light source, wherein the light control module comprises;

    a current control unit used to provide DC current;

    at least one switch unit electrically connected to the at least one light source to enable the current control unit to selectively provide DC current to at least one of the at least one light source in accordance with at least one switch unit control signal; and

    a processing unit electrically connected to the outputted by the current control unit in accordance with a user control signal;

    wherein each one of the plurality of AC-to-DC power modules is independent from the at least one luminaire, and the plurality of AC-to-DC power modules are arranged to provide the autonomous DC voltage source to the at least one luminaire in accordance with the DC voltage of all the plurality of AC-to-DC power modules.
