1. A surgical apparatus for positioning within a tissue tract accessing an underlying body cavity, which comprises:
- an anchor member including at least one longitudinal port defining a passage for reception of a surgical instrument in a sealing relation, the at least one longitudinal port defining a first diameter; and
a flexible sleeve permanently attached to a proximal end portion of the anchor member, the flexible sleeve including a ring member attached to the flexible sleeve, the ring member adapted to be rolled such that the flexible sleeve may be rolled around the ring member to thereby transition the flexible sleeve from a first length to a second length so as to position the anchor member within the tissue tract, the flexible sleeve defining a longitudinal passage having a second diameter larger than the first diameter of the at least one longitudinal port.

10. A surgical apparatus defining a longitudinal axis for positioning within a tissue tract accessing an underlying body cavity, which comprises:

a foam anchor member defining a proximal end, a distal end, and including at least one longitudinal port defining a passage extending between the proximal and distal ends and being configured for reception of a surgical object in a sealing relation, the at least one longitudinal port including a first diameter; and a sheath having a distal end and a proximal end, the distal end of the sheath attached to the proximal end of the foam anchor member, the sheath having a rollable ring attached at the proximal end thereof, the rolling of the sheath retracting an incision such that the foam anchor member is positioned below the incision, the sheath defining a longitudinal passage having a second diameter larger than the first diameter of the at least one longitudinal port. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
