a stage rotatably seated within the seal base and extending substantially co-planar with the seal base; and
a plurality of sealing ports extending through the seal base for receiving surgical instruments, the plurality of sealing port having a first sealing port that is seated within the stage and a second sealing port that is seated within the seal base and spaced a distance apart from the stage.
