20. An analyte test cartridge comprising:
-
a sample entry port configured to receive a test sample; a conduit comprising an optically readable microspot array; a microfluidic circuit comprising a plurality of conductivity sensors configured to determine a first position of said test sample at an inlet of the optically readable microspot array based on a conductance or impedance change that indicates said test sample is bridging a first pair of said plurality of conductivity sensors, and a second position of said test sample over the optically readable microspot array based on a conductance or impedance change that indicates said test sample is bridging a second pair of said plurality of conductivity sensors; and a displacement device connected to the microfluidic circuit and configured to move said test sample from the sample entry port into the conduit based on the determined first position and second position, wherein said sample entry port is connected to said optically readable microspot.
