1. An implantable neurostimulator device comprising:

  • a pulse generator that generates neurostimulation pulses configured to treat occipital neuralgia;

    a set of electrodes, coupled to the pulse generator, that delivers the neurostimulation pulses; and

    a device housing that houses the pulse generator, wherein the device housing is sized and curved to fit within and to at least partially conform to a subcutaneous region within a back of a neck of a patient when the device housing is implanted in the subcutaneous region, and wherein the electrodes are arranged in a two-dimensional array on a surface of the housing.
