1. A method comprising:
- obtaining, by at least one processor-based device, biometric data of a user, at least some of the biometric data obtained via at least one biometric sensor housed in a user audio interface attachable to the user'"'"'s ear;
obtaining location data for the user; and
generating, by the at least one processor-based device, based on the biometric data of the user and the location data for the user, instruction data, comprising audible instruction data presentable on the user audio interface, to regulate a pace to perform, by the user, a pre-determined schedule of one or more physical activities to be completed by the user at multiple locations, the one or more physical activities of the pre-determined schedule for the user selected from a global list of physical activities performable by multiple users;
wherein the pre-determined schedule for the user is adjusted based on subsequent biometric data for the user such that at least one physical activity is removed from the pre-determined schedule for the user and is added to another pre-determined schedule for another user from the multiple users when the subsequent biometric data for the user indicates that physical condition of the user is worsening, and another at least one physical activity previously assigned to at least another user is added to the pre-determined schedule for the user when the subsequent biometric data for the user indicates that the physical condition of the user is normal and another physical condition for the at least other user is worsening.

Abstract
Disclosed are devices, systems, apparatus, methods, products, and other implementations, including a method that includes obtaining biometric data of a user, and generating instruction data, presentable on a user interface, based on data relating to one or more activities to be completed by the user and based on the biometric data of the user. In some embodiments, obtaining the biometric data may include measuring one or more of, for example, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen level, temperature, speech-related attributes, breath, and/or eye behavior.
