1. A method related to information management, the method comprising:
- receiving component information from one of multiple discourse components, the component information transferred between the multiple discourse components during a communication discourse;
retrieving from a data store auxiliary information correlated or provisionally correlated with the received component information including at least matching at a determined confidence level a pattern in the at least a portion of the component information with one or more data records in a data store, the one or more data records having a corresponding identifier to identify auxiliary information to be retrieved, the auxiliary information indicating one or more characteristics of a first participant participating in the communication discourse; and
presenting on a computing device the one or more characteristics indicated by the auxiliary information to a second participant of the communications discourse to enable the second participant to identify at least some of the one or more characteristics of the first participant.

23. A system related to information management, the system comprising:
-
circuitry for receiving component information from at least one of multiple discourse components, the component information transferred between the multiple discourse components during a communication discourse; circuitry for retrieving from a data store auxiliary information correlated or provisionally correlated with the received component information by at least partially matching a pattern at a determined confidence level in at least a portion of the component information with one or more stored records in the data store to identify the auxiliary information to be retrieved, the auxiliary information including data indicating one or more characteristics of a first participant participating in the communication discourse; and circuitry for presenting the one or more characteristics indicated by the auxiliary information to a second participant of the communications discourse to enable the second participant to identify at least some of the one or more characteristics of the first participant. - View Dependent Claims (24)

25. A system related to information management, the system comprising:
-
means for receiving component information from one of multiple discourse components, the component information transferred between the multiple discourse components during a communication discourse; means for retrieving from a data store auxiliary information correlated or provisionally correlated with the received component information including means for at least partially matching to a determined level of confidence a pattern in at least a portion of the component information with one or more stored records in the data store to identify the auxiliary information to be retrieved, the auxiliary information indicating one or more characteristics of a first participant participating in the communication discourse; and means for presenting the one or more characteristics indicated by the auxiliary information to a second participant of the communications discourse to enable the second participant to identify at least some of the one or more characteristics of the first participant. - View Dependent Claims (26)
