1. A control system, comprising, at least one input device;
- a processor configured to receive information from the at least one input device corresponding to at least-two each of;
an egress motivating condition which corresponds to at least one of regaining consciousness, agitation, time since last toileting, input/output balance, or lack of catheter;
an egress prerequisite condition which corresponds to at least one of a sleep state of a patient or a siderail position of a person support structure;
an egress preparation sequence which corresponds to at least one of patient movement, patient posture, patient location, or patient activity; and
a memory unit including instructions that, when acted upon by the processor, cause the processor to assign a numerical value to each of the egress motivating condition, the egress prerequisite condition, and the egress preparation sequence and to sum the numerical values to obtain a summed value which is compared to a predetermined threshold to determine when the person will likely egress from the person support structure and, if the person will likely egress from the person support structure, generate an alert.

Abstract
A method comprises determining a person'"'"'s level of risk for developing an adverse condition; selecting a care protocol based on the level of risk; displaying a proposed configuration of a person support structure corresponding to the care protocol for a caregiver to approve; and upon approval by the caregiver, implementing the configuration.
