1. A light emitting device comprising:

  • a transistor over a substrate, the transistor comprising;

    a first electrode;

    a first insulating film over the first electrode;

    a semiconductor film overlapping with the first electrode with the first insulating film therebetween;

    a second insulating film over the semiconductor film;

    a second electrode overlapping with the semiconductor film with the second insulating film therebetween; and

    a third insulating film over the second electrode;

    an organic light emitting diode over the third insulating film, the organic light emitting diode including an anode, an organic light emitting layer and a cathode;

    a fourth insulating film on and in contact with the organic light emitting diode;

    a first film comprising silicon nitride over the fourth insulating film; and

    a second film comprising silicon nitride over the first film,wherein the organic light emitting diode emits white light.
