A method for communicating in a network comprising a plurality of first nodes, the first nodes comprising a center node, at least two intermediate nodes including a first intermediate node and a second intermediate node, and at least two peripheral nodes including a first primary peripheral node and a first secondary peripheral node, wherein the first intermediate node is between the center node and the first primary peripheral node, and wherein the second intermediate node is between the center node and the first secondary peripheral node, the method comprising:
- broadcasting information from the center node utilizing radio and by employing a primary time division multiple access scheme,receiving the broadcast information directly from the center node at the first primary peripheral node, wherein the information is not forwarded by an intermediate node, and receiving the information broadcast from the center node by at least one other node of the first nodes utilizing radio, wherein the first primary peripheral node and the at least one other node of the first nodes employ a time division multiple access scheme synchronized with the primary time division multiple access scheme,receiving the broadcast information directly from the center node at the first secondary peripheral node, wherein the broadcast information is not forwarded by an intermediate node, wherein the first secondary peripheral node employs the time division multiple access scheme synchronized with the primary time division multiple access scheme,receiving the broadcast information directly from the center node at the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node, wherein the broadcast information is not forwarded by an intermediate node,transmitting first primary peripheral information from the first primary peripheral node to the first intermediate node utilizing radio,transmitting first intermediate information from the first intermediate node to the center node utilizing radio and by employing the primary time division multiple access scheme, the first intermediate information comprising at least part of the first primary peripheral information,transmitting first secondary peripheral information from the first secondary peripheral node to the second intermediate node utilizing radio, andtransmitting second intermediate information from the second intermediate node to the center node utilizing radio and by employing the primary time division multiple access scheme, the second intermediate information comprising at least part of the first secondary peripheral information.
