1. An isolated polynucleic acid encoding an antibody or fragment thereof that immunospecifically binds to B Lymphocyte Stimulator protein comprising a first, second and third nucleic acid sequence, where the first nucleic acid sequence encodes a variable heavy chain domain (VH) that is at least 95% identical to the VH domain of the scFv of SEQ ID NO:

  • 327, the second nucleic acid sequence encodes a variable light chain domain (VL) that is at least 95% identical to the VL domain of the scFV of SEQ ID NO;

    327 and the third nucleic acid sequence encodes a heterologous amino acid linker, wherein the first and second nucleic acid sequences of the antibody or fragment thereof are joined together by the third nucleic acid sequence.
