1. A terminal apparatus comprising:
- a wireless circuit configured to and/or programmed to;
communicate with a base station apparatus by carrier aggregation using a plurality of component carriers including a first component carrier and one or more second component carriers;
obtain, from the base station apparatus, system information broadcasted on the first component carrier; and
obtain, from the base station apparatus, system information corresponding to a component carrier of the one or more second component carriers, whereinthe system information corresponding to the component carrier of the one or more second component carriers is used in connected state and is updated using an Radio Resource Control (RRC) Connection Reconfiguration message.

Abstract
A mobile station apparatus includes a radio resource control circuit. The radio resource control circuit obtains, from a base station apparatus, system information broadcasted on a first component carrier. The radio resource control circuit also obtains, from the base station apparatus, updated system information corresponding to a second component carrier via a dedicated radio resource control signaling in a case that the system information corresponding to the second component carrier is changed.
