a software module configured to determine, based on said numerical format, a first economic risk of an adverse outcome associated with one or more of said medical condition of said subject and said treatment plan suggested by said care provider, and a second economic risk for an adverse outcome associated with an alternative treatment plan for said medical condition;
a software module configured to calculate, based on said first and second economic risks, a cost of a first guarantee premium to at least in part offset a cost associated with said first economic risk, and a cost of a second guarantee premium to at least in part offset a cost associated with said second economic risk; and
a software module configured to report a comparison of said cost of said first guarantee premium associated with said first economic risk and a cost of said second guarantee premium associated with said second economic risk.

providing, to a subject, a dispenser configured to provide said remote healthcare encounter, wherein said dispenser comprises an inventory item contained within said dispenser, wherein said inventory item contained within said dispenser is selected and placed within said dispenser in accordance with a risk of a subject developing for a first time a medical condition that is treated by said inventory item contained within said dispenser, and wherein said dispenser is functionally coupled with a computer; accessing, by said computer, information received during said remote healthcare encounter, said information received during said remote healthcare encounter comprising said medical condition of said subject, and a treatment plan suggested by a care provider; transforming, by said computer, said information received during said remote healthcare encounter into a numerical format useful for application in statistical modeling to determine an economic risk of an adverse outcome related to said remote healthcare encounter; determining, by said computer, based on said numerical format, a first economic risk of an adverse outcome associated with one or more of said medical condition of said subject and said treatment plan suggested by said care provider, and a second economic risk for an adverse outcome associated with an alternative treatment plan for said medical condition; calculating, by said computer, based on said first and second economic risks, a cost of a first guarantee premium to at least in part offset a cost associated with said first economic risk, and a cost of a second guarantee premium to at least in part offset a cost associated with said second economic risk; and reporting, by said computer, a comparison of said cost of said first guarantee premium associated with said first economic risk and a cost of said second guarantee premium associated with said second economic risk.
