Abstract

The present invention relates to substituted 6,5-fused bicyclic heteroaryl compounds. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and methods of treating cancer by administering these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions to subjects in need thereof.

Claims

1. A compound of Formula (Ia), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

2. The compound of claim 1, wherein Y₁ is N.

3. The compound of claim 1, wherein Y₁ is CH.

4. The compound of claim 1, wherein Q₂ is a C₁-C₃ alkyl linker.

5. The compound of claim 1, wherein T₂ is piperidinyl, piperazinyl or morpholinyl.

6. The compound of claim 1, wherein R₇ is methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, i-propyl, n-butyl, s-butyl, t-butyl, n-pentyl, s-pentyl, or n-hexyl.

7. The compound of claim 1, wherein R₇ is i-propyl.

8. The compound of claim 1, wherein R₇ is cyclopentyl.

9. The compound of claim 1, wherein Q₂ is a C₁-C₃ alkyl linker and T₂ is piperidinyl, piperazinyl or morpholinyl.

10. The compound of claim 1, wherein Y₁ is CH, Q₂ is a C₁-C₃ alkyl linker and T₂ is piperidinyl, piperazinyl or morpholinyl.

11. The compound of claim 1, wherein Y₁ is N, Q₂ is a C₁-C₃ alkyl linker and T₂ is piperidinyl, piperazinyl or morpholinyl.

12. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
