1. A method, comprisingidentifying an agent in a body that modulates a biological activity in the body;
- selecting a set of noncontinuous differing energy inputs specific to the agent, wherein the set of differing energy inputs selectively resonates a plurality of resonant structures in the agent, including resonating at least one bond; and
directing the set of differing energy inputs towards the agent while it is in the body,wherein directing the set of differing energy inputs towards the agent changes its modulation of the biological activity in the body.
