1. A surgical device comprising:

  • a transducer configured to provide vibrations along a longitudinal axis;

    an end effector coupled to the transducer and extending from the transducer along the longitudinal axis, wherein the end effector comprises;

    a central lumen;

    a first member; and

    a second member, wherein the first member and the second member are extended across at least a portion of the central lumen at about a distal end of the end effector, and wherein the first member intersects the second member at a right angle; and

    a lower jaw extending parallel to the end effector, the lower jaw comprising a clamp face extending toward the longitudinal axis, wherein the lower jaw is slidable relative to the end effector to bring the clamp face toward the distal end of the end effector.
