1. An embedded touch display device, comprising:

  • a first substrate;

    a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate;

    a display structure in an IPS (in-plane-switching) or FFS (fringe field switching) modes;

    a capacitive touch structure, wherein both the display structure and the capacitive touch structure are located between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the display structure is located on a surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate, and wherein the display structure comprises;

    a pixel electrode layer,a first dielectric layer,a common electrode layer,a liquid crystal layer,wherein the capacitive touch structure is located on a surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate and comprises a touch electrode and a second dielectric layer located on the touch electrode; and

    a planarization layer located between the second dielectric layer and the liquid crystal layer,wherein a distance between the touch electrode and the liquid crystal layer is in a range of 4 μ
