1. A method for operating in a power save mode in a wireless local area network, the method comprising:

  • receiving, by a station, a multi user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) scheduling information from an access point (AP), the MU-MIMO scheduling information including a group ID field and a wakeup scheduling field, the group ID field including a group ID indicating a group of stations, the wakeup scheduling field including a wakeup offset indicating a start time for data transmission after receiving the MU-MIMO scheduling information;

    receiving, by the station, a beacon frame from the AP, the beacon frame including a traffic indication map (TIM) element indicating whether there is a buffered traffic to the station; and

    if the TIM element indicates that there is the buffered traffic to the station and it is determined that the station belongs to the group of stations indicated by the group ID, transmitting, by the station, a trigger frame as a response to the buffered traffic to the AP based on the wakeup offset.
