1. A media content based survey distribution and collection processor-implemented method, comprising:
- obtaining local TV program schedule listing data including a plurality of ad tags at a server, wherein a personal user mobile device provides indication of its geographical locality and the server obtains local TV program schedule listing data automatically responsive for the indicated geographical locality;
providing the obtained TV program schedule listing data to the personal user mobile device;
receiving a real-time user media program selection message from the personal user mobile device;
retrieving an ad tag associated with the user selected media program from the local TV program schedule listing data;
determining a timestamp associated with the retrieved ad tag indicating an air time of an ad segment played during the user selected media program;
extracting key terms from the ad tag by parsing ad contents;
querying a survey question list based on the extracted key terms;
generating and providing a real-time survey question from the query to the personal user mobile device in synchronization with the ad segment based on the timestamp when the ad segment is being performed during the user selected media program, wherein the real-time survey question is provided to the user mobile device for real-time display around when the ad segment is being performed; and
obtaining a user reaction to the survey question.

The MEDIA CONTENT BASED ADVERTISING SURVEY PLATFORM METHODS (“AD-SURVEY”) transforms user advertisement exposure data via AD-SURVEY components, into ad effects data including user responses to survey questions. A method is disclosed, comprising: obtaining TV program schedule listing data including a plurality of ad tags at a server; providing the obtained TV program schedule listing data to a user mobile device, receiving a user media program selection message from the user mobile device; retrieving an ad tag associated with the user selected media program from the TV program schedule listing data; extracting key terms from the ad tags based by parsing ad contents; querying a survey question list based on the extracted key terms; generating and sending a survey question from the query to the user mobile device; and obtaining a user reaction to the survey question.

obtaining local TV program schedule listing data including a plurality of ad tags at a server, wherein a personal user mobile device provides indication of its geographical locality and the server obtains local TV program schedule listing data automatically responsive for the indicated geographical locality, each ad tag representing an advertisement played during a commercial break of a user selected media program; providing the obtained local TV program schedule listing data including the plurality of ad tags to the personal user mobile device communicatively coupled to an infrared TV remote control component, the infrared TV remote control component being configured to send TV channel remote control messages to a TV set; receiving a real-time user media program selection message at the server from the personal user mobile device, the user media program selection message indicating a TV channel remote control message has been sent to the TV set via the infrared TV remote control component; retrieving an ad tag associated with the user selected media program from the local TV program schedule listing data; determining a timestamp associated with the retrieved ad tag indicating an air time of an ad segment played during the user selected media program; extracting key terms from the ad tags based by parsing ad contents; querying a survey question list based on the extracted key terms; generating and providing a real-time survey question from the query to the personal user mobile device in synchronization with the ad segment based on the timestamp when the ad segment is being performed during the user selected media program, wherein the real-time survey question is provided to the user mobile device for real-time display around when the ad segment is being performed; obtaining a user reaction to the survey question; and automatically populating a social media feed including the survey question and the user reaction to the survey question to a social media account associated with the user.
