1. A pulse stimulation system for implantation in a patient'"'"'s body, the system comprising:

  • a pulse generator;

    a conductive filar having a proximal end electrically coupled to said pulse generator and having a distal end;

    a lead body for housing said conductive filar;

    a first electrode coupled to the lead body, electrically coupled to the filar, and configured to contact the patient'"'"'s body; and

    a second electrode isolated from the first electrode at a low frequency range and capacitively coupled to said first electrode at a high frequency range and configured to be capacitively coupled to the patient'"'"'s body at least at the high frequency range, wherein the second electrode is capacitively coupled to said first electrode separately from the second electrode being capacitively coupled to the patient'"'"'s body.
