1. A surgical instrument, comprising:
- an instrument mounting portion configured to releasably mount to a movable arm of a robotic surgical system, the instrument mounting portion comprising;
an interface configured to mechanically and electrically interface the surgical instrument with the robotic surgical system; and
a housing connected to the interface;
a fluid management system positioned within the instrument mounting portion, the fluid management system comprising;
a first container fixedly positioned within the housing; and
a fluidic channel positioned within the housing and fluidically coupled to the first container, wherein the first container contains a first fluid agent to be dispensed;
a drive mechanism positioned within the instrument mounting portion, wherein the drive mechanism is coupled to the fluid management system;
a shaft assembly coupled to the instrument mounting portion, the shaft assembly comprising a second fluidic channel fluidically coupled to the fluidic channel; and
an end effector coupled to the shaft assembly, the end effector comprising a third fluidic channel fluidically coupled to the second fluidic channel.
