1. A method of treating an upper extremity pain indication, exclusive of upper extremity gain associated with total body pain, comprising:

  • configuring a signal generator to generate and deliver an upper extremity pain therapy signal to a target location, wherein the target location is a cervical vertebral location between C2-C6, inclusive, via one or more implanted signal delivery devices coupled to the signal generator,wherein at least a portion of the therapy signal is at a frequency in a frequency range of from 1.5 kHz to 100 kHz, includes pulses with a pulse width in a pulse width range of 10 microseconds to 333 microseconds, and has an amplitude in an amplitude range of 0.1 mA to 20 mA, which at least partially alleviates the upper extremity pain indication, exclusive of upper extremity pain associated with total body pain, without generating paresthesia.
