11. A method for manufacturing an emulsion cosmetic composition for delivering a phosphate esters of resveratrol to skin, said phosphate esters consisting of a mixture of:
-
3-phosphate-5,4′
-dihydroxystilbene;4′
-phosphate-3,5-dihydroxystilbene;3,5-diphosphate-4′
-hydroxystilbene;3,4′
-diphosphate-5-hydroxystilbene; and3,5,4′
-triphosphate stilbene;comprising separately combining the oil phase and the water phase ingredients, solvating or dispersing the phosphate esters of resveratrol into the water phase or the oil phase, then emulsifying the phases to create a water and oil emulsion where the phosphate esters are hydrolytically stable in the emulsion but hydrolyzes to active resveratrol when the emulsion is applied to skin. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13)
