1. A channel device comprising:
- a first substrate having a groove portion for forming a channel; and
a second substrate having a protruding portion that covers the groove portion, the first substrate and the second substrate being bonded together with an adhesive,wherein the protruding portion of the second substrate extends along a direction corresponding to an extending direction of the groove portion of the first substrate,wherein mutually corresponding parts of the protruding portion of the second substrate and the groove portion of the first substrate are in direct and linear contact with each other without an adhesive therebetween, and the channel is thereby formed, andwherein a space of the channel and a space in which the adhesive is disposed are separated from each other by the linear contact.

The protruding portion of the second substrate extends along the extending direction of the groove portion of the first substrate, and mutually corresponding parts of the protruding portion of the second substrate and the groove portion of the first substrate are in direct and linear contact with each other without an adhesive therebetween, and the channel is thereby formed.
