- a motor configured to provide drive torque;
a storage device connected to the motor and configured to receive power from an external supply for facilitating charging;
a climate control system configured to heat and cool at least one of a passenger compartment and the storage device;
a user interface configured to provide a charge level selection; and
at least one controller configured to;
receive input indicative of a present charge value, an identity of a present driver from a key, an ambient temperature, and a climate control system power consumption, disable charging when the present charge value corresponds to the charge level selection; and
modify the charge level selection based on historic climate control system power consumption associated with the present driver and the ambient temperature.

The vehicle also includes a user interface and a controller. The user interface is configured to provide a charge level selection. The controller is configured to receive input that is indicative of a present charge value. The controller is further configured to disable charging when the present charge value corresponds to the charge level selection.

enabling charging of a storage device;
