1. A flow body with a main-load bearing skin shell, which skin shell in its two-dimensionally extending inside region is constructed as a sandwich component comprising an inner skin section, an outer skin section and a shear-force-absorbing core layer situated between them;

  • wherein the skin shell for being affixed to a support component comprises an outer edge section with an outer edge and with a connection region that extends along the edge with the inner skin section and the outer skin section, wherein the shear-force-absorbing core layer extends as far as in front of the outer edge section;

    wherein in an end region of the core layer within the inside region along the outer edge section of the skin shell a multitude of reinforcement devices are integrated which in each case project through at least 85% of the shear-force-absorbing core layer in the latter'"'"'s thickness direction in order to improve the crack resistance of the skin shell in the outer edge section; and

    wherein the reinforcement devices are provided in the outer edge section of the skin shell and prior to a section adjacent to the outer edge section of the skin shell.
