1. A method of receiving a downlink signal by a user equipment (UE) in a carrier aggregation supportive wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • receiving a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) having no carrier indication (CI) information via a first carrier among a plurality of carriers,determining whether or not a SPS retransmission is in progress, andif the SPS retransmission is not in progress on all of the plurality of carriers, reactivating a SPS transmission on a second carrier on which the SPS transmission has been performed most recently among the plurality of carriers,wherein the second carrier is different from the first carrier which carries the SPS PDCCH.
