1. A non-invasive bodily-attached ambulatory medical monitoring and treatment device comprising:

  • at least one electro-cardiogram (ECG) sensing electrode configured to be disposed on a patient;

    at least one therapy electrode configured to be disposed on the patient;

    a treatment controller, coupled to the at least one ECG sensing electrode and the at least one therapy electrode, configured to sense a cardiac condition of the patient, to implement at least one pacing routine corresponding to the sensed cardiac condition, and to detect a discomfort of the patient during the at least one pacing routine.
