Mobile user terminal, mobile communication system, base station, and communication method
First Claim
1. A mobile user terminal, which communicates with a base station in an intermittent fashion, the mobile user terminal comprising:
- a radio transmitter which transmits downlink channel quality information, via a first uplink control channel, indicating downlink channel quality and an uplink pilot signal, via a second uplink control signal, to a base station in an intermittent fashion, separately from each other; and
a transmit time controller which synchronizes transmit time of the downlink quality information and transmit time of the uplink pilot signal relative to each other, such however the transmit time of the downlink quality information, via the first uplink control channel, and the transmit time of the uplink pilot signal, via the second uplink control channel, are not the same but sent in set as adjacent different timings transmit times from each other, in a period corresponding to a state of intermittent communicate.

Abstract
A mobile user terminal, which communicates with a base station in an intermittent fashion, the mobile user terminal includes a radio transmitter which transmits downlink channel quality information indicating downlink channel quality and an uplink pilot signal to a base station in an intermittent fashion; and a transmit time controller which synchronizes transmit time of the downlink quality information and transmit time of the uplink pilot signal relative to each other, such that the downlink quality information and the uplink pilot signal are sent in adjacent different timings in a period corresponding to a state of intermittent communicate.
