1. A method of transmitting control information by a user equipment, the method comprising:

  • receiving, by the user equipment, downlink allocation information via one control channel element (CCE) or plural control channel elements (CCEs), wherein CCE is a resource unit used for control information transmission;

    receiving, by the user equipment, downlink data in accordance with the downlink allocation information; and

    transmitting, by the user equipment, an Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal corresponding to the downlink data,wherein when the downlink allocation information is received via one CCE, a resource index for the ACK/NACK signal corresponds to the CCE index,wherein when the downlink allocation information is received via plural CCEs, a resource index for the ACK/NACK signal corresponds to the lowest one of CCE indexes of the plural CCEs.
