1. An organic light-emitting display apparatus comprising:
- a substrate;
an organic light-emitting unit formed on the substrate and including a stacked structure of a first electrode, an intermediate layer, and a second electrode;
an organic layer formed on the organic light-emitting unit;
a first adhesion promoting layer formed on the organic layer; and
a first inorganic layer formed on the first adhesion promoting layer and including a low temperature viscosity transition (LVT) inorganic material,wherein the first adhesion promoting layer promotes adhesion between the organic layer and the first inorganic layer, andwherein the first inorganic layer is formed from a pre-inorganic layer by a heat treatment at a temperature above a viscosity transition temperature of the LVT inorganic material.
