1. A terminal apparatus that is configured to and/or programmed to communicate with a base station apparatus by using a primary cell and a secondary cell, the terminal apparatus comprising:
- a downlink control channel detection unit configured to and/or programmed to monitor a Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH) and an Enhanced Physical Downlink Control CHannel (EPDCCH), anda response transmission unit configured to and/or programmed to transmit information indicating Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) response information, using a Physical Uplink Control CHannel (PUCCH) resource which is selected from a plurality of PUCCH resource candidates,downlink control information transmitted in the PDCCH comprising at least a field for downlink resource block assignment and a field for Transmission Power Control (TPC) command,downlink control information transmitted in the EPDCCH comprising, in addition to a field for downlink resource block assignment and a field for TPC command, at least a field for determining one of the plurality of PUCCH resource candidates,wherein the plurality of PUCCH resource candidates comprise a second PUCCH resource related to the EPDCCH on the primary cell and a third PUCCH resource related to the PDCCH or the EPDCCH on the secondary cell.

In a terminal that communicates with a base station, in the case where a physical downlink control channel or an enhanced physical downlink control channel, which is associated with a physical downlink shared channel on a first cell, and an enhanced physical downlink control channel associated with a physical downlink shared channel on a second cell are detected, one physical uplink control channel resource is selected from a physical uplink control channel resource configured for the physical downlink shared channel on the first cell and a physical uplink control channel resource configured for the physical downlink shared channel on the second cell.
