1. An organic light emitting display apparatus comprising:
- an organic light-emitting unit comprising a top electrode and a bottom electrode disposed on a substrate;
a moisture absorbing layer disposed on the organic light-emitting unit; and
at least one inorganic layer, which is disposed on the moisture absorbing layer including a low temperature viscosity transition (LVT) inorganic material;
wherein the temperature for viscosity transition of the LVT inorganic material is lower than the denaturation temperature of a material included in the organic light-emitting unit; and
wherein the moisture absorbing layer comprises a metal having the same or greater reactivity as that of the metal included in the top electrode of the organic light-emitting unit.

forming an organic light-emitting unit comprising a top electrode and a bottom electrode on a substrate; forming a moisture absorbing layer on the organic light-emitting unit; and forming at least one inorganic layer, which includes a low temperature viscosity transition (LVT) inorganic material, on the moisture absorbing layer; wherein the temperature for viscosity transition of the LVT inorganic material is lower than the denaturation temperature of a material included in the organic light-emitting unit; and wherein the moisture absorbing layer comprises a metal having the same or greater reactivity as that of the metal included in a top electrode of the organic light-emitting unit. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24)
