- providing a delivery system comprising a housing disposed external to the patient, wherein the housing comprises an actuator;
actuating the actuator to move a first delivery system component independently of a second delivery system component;
actuating the actuator to move the first delivery system component and the second delivery system component at the same time; and
rotating the actuator to translate rotational movement into linear movement.
