1. A network analyzer, comprising:
- one or more signal sources for generating one or more stimulus signals;
one or more receivers for measuring one or more responses to the one or more stimulus signals;
one or more device ports adapted to be connected to a device under test;
multiple different internal calibration standards, including a first internal calibration standard and a second internal calibration standard; and
one or more switches for switching the one or more stimulus signals that are generated by the one or more signal sources from being applied to;
(i) the first internal calibration standard,(ii) the second internal calibration standard, and(iii) the one or more device ports, to enable automated measurement of the multiple different internal calibration standards without user involvement that manually connects the multiple different internal calibration standards to the network analyzer.
