1. A computer system comprising:

  • a plurality of computing devices each comprisinga display;

    a memory to store electronic book data comprisingat least one configurable problem to be solved comprising a plurality of elements, the at least one configurable problem having a plurality of different difficulty levels associated therewith and different arrangements of the plurality of elements for the different difficulty levels; and

    a processor coupled to said display and said memory todisplay on said display a selected arrangement of the elements,determine a given difficulty level for solving the at least one configurable problem from among the plurality of different difficulty levels based upon the selected arrangement of elements,determine a given solution technique for solving the at least one problem from among a plurality of different solution techniques,apply a changeable seed value to the at least one configurable problem to change an answer associated with the at least one configurable problem,solve the at least one problem to generate a solution therefor based upon the changeable seed value, the given difficulty level, and the given solution technique, anddisplay on said display the at least one problem of the electronic book data and the solution therefor.
