- a) a lyophilized pericardium layer of biological origin, wherein the pericardium layer constitutes an impenetrable liquid barrier, and wherein the pericardium layer has a weight per unit area of 50 to 180 g/m2, andb) at least one sponge layer of lyophilized extracellular protein which is free of crosslinking agents,wherein the implant has a thickness of 1 to 10 mm, a weight per unit area of 80 to 480 g/m2 and the implant is configured to replace and/or close the dura mater.
