1. A method comprising:
- receiving at a server, via a wireless communication channel, a communication enablement request for electronic communication between a first child and a second child;
electronically generating a confirmation acceptance code by a communication enablement subsystem at the server;
associating the confirmation acceptance code with the first child and the second child;
providing the confirmation acceptance code to the second child, via the wireless communication channel, to enable the second child to provide the confirmation acceptance code to a parental representative of the second child, whereby the parental representative of the second child is enabled to authorize the electronic communication between the first child and the second child;
receiving, via the wireless communication channel, the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child as authorization of the electronic communication between the first child and the second child; and
enabling the electronic communication between the first child and the second child based on receiving the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child.

Abstract
Methods and systems for child authentication are described. In one embodiment, a communication enablement request may be received to enable electronic communications between a first child and a second child. A confirmation acceptance code may be electronically generated. The confirmation acceptance code may be associated with the first child and the second child. The confirmation acceptance code may be received from a parental representative of the second child. The electronic communication may be enabled between the first child and the second child based on the receiving of the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

1. A method comprising:
-
receiving at a server, via a wireless communication channel, a communication enablement request for electronic communication between a first child and a second child; electronically generating a confirmation acceptance code by a communication enablement subsystem at the server; associating the confirmation acceptance code with the first child and the second child; providing the confirmation acceptance code to the second child, via the wireless communication channel, to enable the second child to provide the confirmation acceptance code to a parental representative of the second child, whereby the parental representative of the second child is enabled to authorize the electronic communication between the first child and the second child; receiving, via the wireless communication channel, the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child as authorization of the electronic communication between the first child and the second child; and enabling the electronic communication between the first child and the second child based on receiving the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child. - View Dependent Claims (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

10. A system comprising one or more hardware processors configured to include:
-
a request receiver module at a communication enablement subsystem of a server to receive, via a wireless communication channel, a communication enablement request from a first child machine for electronic communication between the first child and a second child; a code generation module at the communication enablement subsystem at the server to electronically generate a confirmation acceptance code; a code association module at the communication enablement subsystem to associate the confirmation acceptance code generated by the code generation module with the first child and the second child; a transmission module at the communication enablement subsystem to transmit, via the wireless communication channel, the confirmation acceptance code to the second child to allow the second child to provide the confirmation acceptance code to a parental representative of the second child; a second child approval module at the communication enablement subsystem to receive, via the wireless communication channel, the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child, whereby the parental representative of the second child authorizes the electronic communication between the first child and the second child; and a communication enablement module at the communication enablement subsystem to enable the electronic communication between the first child and the second child based on the receiving of the confirmation acceptance code by the second child approval module from the parental representative of the second child. - View Dependent Claims (11, 12, 13)

14. One or more computer-readable hardware storage device having embedded therein a set of instructions which, when executed by one or more processors of a computer, causes the computer to execute operations comprising:
-
receiving, from a client machine via a wireless communication channel, a communication enablement request for electronic communication between a first child and a second child; electronically generating a confirmation acceptance code; associating the confirmation acceptance code with the first child and the second child; providing the confirmation acceptance code to a parental representative of the second child, via the wireless communication channel, to allow the parental representative of the second child to authorize the electronic communication between the first child and the second child; receiving the confirmation acceptance code, via the wireless communication channel, from the parental representative of the second child; and enabling the electronic communication between the first child and the second child based on the receiving of the confirmation acceptance code from the parental representative of the second child. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
