1. An analyte sensor test strip, comprising:

  • a body of the analyte sensor test strip including a base, the analyte sensor test strip configured to be single-use, disposable, received in and read by an analyte meter; and

    two or more machine-readable color codes printed on or adhered to the body, wherein each of said two or more machine-readable color codes are formed to include a predefined amount of a red hue, a green hue, and a blue hue,wherein at least one of the machine-readable color codes includes a red hue value in a range of 0 to 255, a blue hue value in a range of 0 to 255, and a green hue value in a range of 0 to 255 such that a number between 1 and 999 is configured to be generated from reading the respective hues.
