the data transmitter to transmit to the remote server subsequent health data and subsequent activity data to enable the remote server to determine whether the user followed the initial suggestion; and
the communication logic to receive a follow-up suggestion, the follow-up suggestion generated by the remote server based on a correlation between changes in health data received over time from the data transmitter and activity data received over time from the data transmitter; and
