1. A head-worn micro-Doppler system, comprising:
- a. a helmet mount adapted to be removably attached to a helmet; and
b. a micro-Doppler antenna securely mounted on the helmet mount, wherein the micro-Doppler antenna is stabilized with respect to the environment such that the micro-Doppler antenna position is moved to compensate for helmet movements.

4. A head-worn micro-Doppler system, comprising:
-
a. a helmet mount adapted to be removably attached to a helmet; and b. a first micro-Doppler antenna attached to the helmet mount; and c. a second micro-Doppler antenna attached to the helmet mount, d. wherein each of the first and second micro-Doppler antenna are independently stabilized with respect to the helmet such that each of the first and second micro-Doppler antenna'"'"'s positions are compensated independently to maintain fixed positions relative to the environment as the helmet mount moves.

5. A head-worn micro-Doppler system, comprising:
-
a. a helmet mount adapted to be removably attached to a helmet; b. a micro-Doppler antenna mounted on the helmet mount, wherein the micro-Doppler antenna is stabilized relative to the environment such that the micro-Doppler antenna is held in a fixed position as the helmet moves during a radar pulse; and c. an inertial measurement unit (IMU) mounted on the micro-Doppler antenna adapted to monitor movements from the fixed position and generate an error statistic relating to movements from the fixed position, wherein the error statistic is used to determine compensating movements of the micro-Doppler antenna relative to the helmet mount to return the micro-Doppler antenna to the fixed position.
