Method and device for inserting needles
First Claim
1. A device for inserting a needle into tissue comprising:
- a body defined by a proximal end and a distal end,a carrier movable inside the body,a needle secured to the carrier, anda drive mechanism configured to drive the carrier toward the distal end, whereinthe carrier includes a distal face from which the needle projects, the distal end of the body including a contact zone configured to contact with the tissue, the carrier being configured to reach a position relative to the body, after an activation of the drive mechanism, in which the distal face of the carrier is farther away than the contact zone of the distal end, as compared the proximal end of the body to insert the needle into the tissue, andthe carrier being further configured to recoil from the position relative to the body duringan administration of a solution via the needle.

Abstract
The invention relates to a device for inserting needles, including a body defined by a proximal end and a distal end, a mounting movably mounted inside the body, at least one needle secured to the mounting, a drive means suitable for driving the mounting towards said distal end, said mounting comprising a distal surface onto which the needle projects, said distal end comprising a contact area intended for contacting the tissue, the mounting being configured so as to reach a position, after activating the driving means, in which the distal surface thereof, relative to said proximal end, is more distant than said contact area, wherein the device is further configured so as to enable a gradual passive return movement of the mounting once said position has been reached.

13. A device for inserting a needle into tissue comprising:
-
a body having a proximal end and a distal end which define a main axis; a carrier movable relative to the body, the carrier configured to secure the needle; and a drive mechanism configured to drive the carrier along a direction of the main axis, wherein the carrier includes a distal face from which the needle projects, adapted to contact a surface of a patient tissue, wherein the carrier is configured to move to two distinct positions relative to the body, including a first position for insertion of the needle into the patient tissue, and a second position for administration of a solution and for formation of a papule on a surface of the patient tissue.

14. A device for inserting needle into tissue comprising:
-
a body having a proximal end and a distal end which define a main axis, a carrier having a needle secured thereto, the carrier movable relative to the body along a direction of the main axis, wherein the carrier includes a distal face adapted to contact a surface of a patient tissue and from which the needle projects, wherein the carrier is adapted to move relatively to the body such that a papule on the surface of the patient tissue is formed.
