1. A soft tissue repair device configured to fuse a first tendon end and a second tendon end of a lacerated tendon together, the repair device comprising:

  • a frame having a tubular structure and defining an axis and a bore, the frame including multiple struts interconnected and extending with a monolithic structure to at least partially define the tubular structure, the frame configured to receive the first tendon end and the second tendon end, the frame including a first portion and a second portion with an intermediate portion therebetween, the first portion and the second portion including anchors extending directly therefrom and into the bore and configured to attach the frame to portions of the tendon, the intermediate portion configured to be positioned adjacent the first and second tendon ends to substantially maintain the first tendon end to abut the second tendon end, the intermediate portion being configured to substantially resist elongation so as to maintain a substantially fixed position relative to the first and second tendon ends, the first portion and the second portion configured to be positioned over and attach to separate portions of the tendon, the frame configured to elongate along a length of the respective first portion and the second portion of the frame as the portions of the tendon elongate.
