1. A method of a user equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, by the UE, a timing advance command for indicating a change of uplink timing relative to a current uplink timing in a subframe;
transmitting, by the UE, a first subframe to which the current uplink timing is applied; and
transmitting, by the UE, a second subframe to which the timing advance command is applied,wherein, when uplink transmissions in the first subframe and the second subframe are overlapped due to the timing advance command, the first subframe is transmitted completely and an overlapped part of the second subframe is not transmitted.

Abstract
A method of a user equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system and the user equipment are discussed. The method includes receiving a timing advance command for indicating a change of uplink timing relative to a current uplink timing in a subframe; and when uplink transmissions in a subframe n and a subframe n+1 are overlapped due to the timing advance command, transmitting the subframe n completely.

8. A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
-
a radio frequency (RF) module; and a processor configured to control the RF module, wherein the processor is further configured to; receive a timing advance command for indicating a change of uplink timing relative to a current uplink timing in a subframe to transmit a first subframe to which the current uplink timing is applied, and transmit a second subframe to which the timing advance command is applied, and wherein, when uplink transmissions in the first subframe and the second subframe are overlapped due to the timing advance command, the first subframe is transmitted completely and an overlapped part of the second subframe is not transmitted. - View Dependent Claims (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14)
