1. A method comprising:

  • transmitting, by a first base station to a second base station and in response to a handover decision for a wireless device, at least one first message comprising at least one of;

    one or more parameters indicating that the wireless device supports configuration of a first quantity of channel state information (CSI) processes for a carrier, the first quantity being greater than one;

    orfirst configuration parameters of a second quantity of CSI reference signals and of a third quantity of CSI interference measurement resources, wherein the second quantity and the third quantity are each less than or equal to the first quantity;

    receiving, from the second base station, at least one second message comprising;

    second configuration parameters of a fourth quantity of CSI reference signals and of a fifth quantity of CSI interference measurement resources, wherein the fourth quantity and the fifth quantity are each less than or equal to the first quantity; and

    transmitting, to the wireless device, a third message comprising the second configuration parameters.
