1. A multiple-pane insulating glazing unit including a first glass pane having opposed external and internal major surfaces, the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit including a second glass pane and having at least one between-pane space, the second glass pane having an external surface bearing an emission control coating comprising a transparent conductive film over which there is provided an oxygen barrier film, wherein the emission control coating is a heat treated coating, the transparent conductive film comprising indium tin oxide and having both a haze of less than 0.3 and a roughness Ra of less than 3 nm, the transparent conductive film comprising indium tin oxide having a thickness in the range of between about 1,000 angstroms and about 1,500 angstroms, the oxygen barrier film comprising an oxynitride, the oxygen barrier film comprising the oxynitride being in contact with the transparent conductive film, the oxygen barrier film comprising the oxynitride being exposed and configured to be positioned to face a room-side environment inside a building, the coated second glass pane being heat treated to maintain a cut-enabling stress state and having a monolithic visible transmission of greater than 80%, and yet the multiple-pane insulating glazing unit has a U Value of less than 0.3.
